G'day folks!

Well, that was about time, I finally upgraded pretty much ALL my crap to DX10 compatible.
Many, MANY thanks to a good friend of mine _you know who you are, I've gotten a hold of a licence for 3D Studios Max 2010.

This, coupled with my Windows 7 Pro x64 and Dual HD4870's, only the platform of choice remained old(Freelancer, DX7 or 8)... and unfortunantly I must report having cut that out like a tumor.

I'm hereby calling the Entire Phoenix-RPG community out, PROVE to me you're willing to resurrect the server... c'mon!

Basically, my own mod is live, we've got a PUBLIC beta up and running, server's powerfull enough to support up to 128 players at once, we've got a fast enough a connection and there's no limit, so from MY end, nothing's missing...

Having removed Freelancer from my daily routine, I ended up with a shitload of spare time, so what have I decided to do with it?

You guessed it... host another webcomic.

I';ll be looking into updating it once a week, preferably every Sunday evening, otherwise Monday afternoon.
The comic in question is about Ragdolls, and butchering the Valve titles... including bbut not restricted to: HalfLife, HL2, Episodes 1 and 2, COunterstrike(Oh god yes!), Day of Defeat(Nazi's with pleasant american accents anyone?), Portal, Teamfortress and last but not least, Left4Dead... mheoahahahaha!

Ahem.

Only 4 panels a week should not take to long, using Templates for the comic's layout Post-Processing is a sintch...

What I'm trying to say, I'm studying up on 3Ds... learning stuff like Spline modeling, Vray rendering, animation sequences, Bones and Modifiers... the usual tools any trained professional uses...

Still have my old models sitting somewhere, might throw some of those in a new light, so to speak.


Also, gotten a hold of Borderlands, and the Overlord collection.
Borderlands is quite fun, got some GOOOOOOD loot for my main character(Siren Lvl35), and Overlord, well, that's just plain FUN!
Remember that? Fun? FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!


Finally, speaking of Servers, me and one of my few Best friends, Daride, have reconfigured our Dedicated server for hosting Freelancer, Killing Floor and Garrys mod... drop by some time for some fun.
